FMS System

Farm Management System (FMS System) is a software package for automating the working and managing of Flower Farms. It has been carefully designed and developed to automate the daily chores of running the flower business. It is easy to use and yet takes care of all the intricacies of the business. The system has been developed with knowledge base gathered in Africa with first hand interaction with the flower industry and hence suits the needs of the African Growers. The system formalizes the way of operations of a farm. It is very handy management tools, which can asses the health of the business, analyze the bottlenecks and help to make informed decision.

FMS automates the Production, Harvesting, Grading and Sales operations of the flower business. Each of these activities can be critically analyzed for implementing controls, mapping business trends and determining the profitability of the company.

Florina IMIS (INTEGRATED MGT & INFORMATION SYSTEM)

Florina IMIS has been developed with an objective of providing an Intra-Organizational Information Super Highway. It is an automated administering mechanism, which provides an inter-departmental integration. It also facilitates trend analysis and provides speculation tools.

A3TL offers a set of modules within Florina, which ranges from Project module, Production, Production Module, Post Harvest Module, Stores Module, and Purchase Module on the operational front and Admin, Personnel, Payroll, Accounts and MIS as Functional modules.
