Alerts Alert messages can be send for priority pickup/delivery as per clients requirement

EG:- A user can specify any specific topic by sending SMS with a specific keyword and the topic of interest (e.g. INTR Delivery) The delivery boy will send a message to the main hub of the company with the consignment number. The hub will pickup the cell number of the client & send an SMS alert message regarding his delivery.
