The System, consisting of a SMS Server, a Broadcaster application and a Vouchers application was developed. An intranet module was also developed to allow the users to send SMS messages to any person via their intranet.

The Broadcaster Application primarily deals with sending mobile messages from the System. Using the GUI developed in ASP/HTML, the user are able to read and add the data from the Customers Database or new entry, to his personal database and then read, write, modify, delete from this personal database.

The Voucher Application primarily deals with querying to the Customers Database by sending SMS. When any employee queries for the status of his claim, the application correctly processes his request and SMS is sent to him. Here the pending events are captured. An employee gets status of all the claims depending on the filter set by administrator.
